Exposure of beta-tubulin antibody in malignant epithelial tumours

The role of tubulin posttranslational modifications in these processes is largely unknown. Although antibodies next to small tubulin regions represent useful tool for studying molecular configuration of microtubules, data relating to the exposure of tubulin epitopes on plant microtubules are nevertheless limited. Results: Using homology modeling we have generated an Arabidopsis thaliana microtubule protofilament model

Study the importance of these self-reactive Anti-beta-Tubulin Antibody in clinically

The selective expression of beta-tubulin isotypes have been reported to one of the important mechanisms of resistance to taxanes. The purpose of this study was to evaluate immunohistochemical expression of beta-Tubulin Antibody isotypes using clinical samples of ovarian carcinoma treated with taxanes and to examine whether the protein levels of each of the beta-tubulin isotypes

Thyroid hormone regulates Anti-beta-Tubulin Antibody expression in mammalian liver

The microtubular network of the mutant livers appeared, as a result of immunofluorescence confocal microscopy, usually disorganized and drastically reduced in beta-Tubulin Antibody in mice lacking TRbeta. In conclusion, our results indicate that beta-Tubulin Antibody is critically controlled by TRbeta in the liver which both TRs are probably required to maintain the microtubular network organization
